This Privacy Policy explains how WEALTHIVE LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the Ecco platform, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our Service at app.eccohq.com and related websites.

WEALTHIVE LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information: name, email address, password, and company/organization name when you register.
  • Billing information: payment card details and billing address, processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Profile information: avatar, team name, and other optional profile details.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact support or communicate with us.
  • Content: files, landing pages, images, and other materials you upload to the Platform.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and frequency of use.
  • Device information: browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Network information: IP address, approximate geographic location (city/country level), and referring URL.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Authentication providers: if you sign in via a third-party service (e.g., Google), we receive your name, email, and profile picture as permitted by your settings.
  • Payment processors: transaction confirmation and billing status.

  • Cloudflare: as our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare processes data related to page delivery, DNS, SSL, and security. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Team members: if you are part of a Team, other Team members may see your name, email, and activity within shared resources.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we retain data for up to 30 days to allow for data export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We may retain certain information longer as required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

  • Cloudflare's enterprise-grade edge security infrastructure.

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

  • Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email.
  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Cloudflare's global edge network means page delivery data may be processed at edge locations worldwide.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home country.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@eccopages.com and we will promptly delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service and landing pages hosted on it may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
