Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which WEALTHIVE LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") will issue refunds for subscriptions to Ecco (the "Service"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.

To qualify for this guarantee:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial paid subscription date;
  • The guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase, not to renewals, upgrades, or subsequent billing cycles;
  • The account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Recurring Subscriptions

Ecco is sold as a recurring subscription (monthly or annually). After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, all payments are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund amounts already paid for the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 7-day money-back guarantee still applies from the date of initial purchase. After the 7-day window has passed, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, including for unused months remaining in the subscription period.

5. Upgrades and Downgrades

When you upgrade your Plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. Upgrades do not trigger a new 7-day refund window.

When you downgrade your Plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in price for the current billing period.

6. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day money-back guarantee window has expired;
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Unused portions of a billing period after cancellation;
  • Claims that the Service does not provide features that were never advertised or promised;
  • Disputes arising from third-party services (Cloudflare, DNS providers, domain registrars) beyond our reasonable control;
  • Data loss resulting from the User's failure to maintain independent backups of their Content;
  • Fees for custom domains, add-ons, or one-time services, which are non-refundable once provisioned.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@eccopages.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Ecco account;
  • The date of your subscription purchase;
  • The reason for your refund request;
  • Any relevant order or transaction ID.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us first at contact@eccopages.com so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to contact us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
